  • 30, 60, 90, 180, and 365 days (730 days is available but only for the 'to age 65' benefit period and all elimination periods may vary by state)
Maximum Issue Limits
  • $12,000 month
    • $10,000 maximum for medical professions
Benefit Periods
  • 1 year, 2 years, 5 years, to age 65
Renewability
  • Non-cancellable Guaranteed Renewable to age 65
